Chasing the Platypus! - Added Greek Alphabet to Character Set

Added Greek Alphabet to Character Set

Added the 24 lower-case Greek letters, the two lower-case variants (of sigma and theta), plus the 24 upper-case letters to Platypus core and the PDF plugin.

Discovered in the process that the [dots] command, which I also added in this pass, does not always produce the correct character. Opened PLATYPUS-30 to record this and attached input and output files illustrating the problem.
